Once the order has been placed and released, standard delivery for finished stored goods takes approximately 10-12 working days. Delivery for non-finished and stored textiles is approximately 2-4 working days.
We offer you the opportunity to pre-order in our online shop non-finished sample textiles for a fee so you can try them (e.g. to determine the size) . Goods without defects can be returned within 14 days. Please note that a 25% handling cost fee is applied on the value of the goods and the textiles must be returned in a resaleable condition. Goods such as shirts, blouses and items valued under 10 euros are generally excluded from returns. However, the samples you already ordered can be combined into a processed order (stick or print). When placing an order, simply affix the relevant note on the corresponding textiles.
Yes! Each time you order a new embroidery motif, you will receive in advance an embroidery sample on body fabric by email or approval. Please note that we only start serial production with your written approval.
We provide free shipping when the order has a gross value of 300 euros. Below this value, a flat shipping fee of 5.90 euros for each delivery address in Germany will be charged. Islands excluded. Delivery outside of Germany is divided into zones. A shipping fee of 17.90 euros is charged in Zone 1 (EU countries), while a shipping fee of 25.90 euros is charged in Zone 2 (non-EU countries). Even abroad, shipping is free when the order value is at least 300 euros.
Within Germany, delivery of non-finished textiles without embroidery takes place within 3-5 working days, while the delivery of finished textiles and finished and non-finished seat covers takes place within 10-12 working days.
Yes! You will receive a email with your tracking number from our shipping service provider DHL on the day of shipment to keep you informed on the current status of your order.
We have to develop a programme to implement a logo or artwork in detail. using our embroidery machines. This involves a digitalisation expense, which is charged to the customer in the invoice. Needless to say, should the same theme repeat in another order, these costs shall not be incurred again.
We need your files as a PDF, EPS, Al, CDR or image (PNG, JPG, TIFF BMP; at least 300 dpi).
